The hourly rate for this consult is 150 EUR., and it is possible to bring along up to 3 other people. The starting rate is one hour, even if you stay less than one hour. After this hour, you will be charged per 15 minutes (e.g. 22 min will be charged as 30 min).

Why Is The Advertisement I Have Seen Before Not Available On Your Website?

If you cannot find the accommodation which you have seen earlier, it means it is currently unavailable. All our available accommodations are published on our website under listings. If you cannot find the accommodation you saw before, it means it is currently not available.

Once an accommodation becomes unavailable, the status of it will be changed to Rented Out but the accommodation still remains visible on our website.

Question 5

We Want To Book An Apartment As A Group. What If We All Have A Different Arrival Date?

When booking an apartment as a group, you will receive one rental agreement. The contract's start date and rent payment apply to the entire group.

The check-in will be conducted by the management party or the landlord with the entire group or at least one group member on behalf of the group. Once the check-in takes place, it is not possible to offer a rent reduction for any individual group member, as managing the presence of each member separately is not feasible.

Keys will be handed over during the check-in to the entire group or the designated group member. The management party or the landlord cannot manage late arrivals of individual members or provide discounts for them.

Can I Bring My Own Furniture Into  The Accommodation?

It is negotiable if you want to bring your own furniture, but this requires prior approval from the management party. We are not responsible for granting consent, as this is at the discretion of the management party or the landlord. This is to prevent any damages caused by moving or bringing in furniture. If approved, you may be required to sign a liability contract.

Please note that some furniture may be attached to floors and walls and cannot be moved. Additionally, you are not allowed to make any adjustments to the accommodation, such as drilling holes in the walls. Appliances like personal washing machines, dryers, heaters, or fridges are not allowed.

Any costs related to removal, storage, or reinstallation of unauthorized items will be charged to the tenant. For further details or approval, please consult the management party directly.

What Is A Homestay a.k.a Live-In Accommodation?

Homestay a.k.a. Live-In accommodations are accommodations which are shared with the landlord. At a homestay accommodation, you have your private room or floor. Some homestay accommodations are suitable for couples or two persons, and other accommodations are for one person. Which situation is applicabe, will be mentioned in the advertisement.

The landlord can be a student, a family or a couple. With these accommodations, the house rules may differ from the standard house rules. As you will be living with the landlord, they can request different rules such as: taking shoes off before entering the accommodation, no showering after midnight because it will disturb the landlord or its family, no loud music after a certain time and so on.
