We Want To Book An Apartment As A Group. What If We All Have A Different Arrival Date?

When booking an apartment as a group, you will receive one rental agreement. The contract's start date and rent payment apply to the entire group.

The check-in will be conducted by the management party or the landlord with the entire group or at least one group member on behalf of the group. Once the check-in takes place, it is not possible to offer a rent reduction for any individual group member, as managing the presence of each member separately is not feasible.

Keys will be handed over during the check-in to the entire group or the designated group member. The management party or the landlord cannot manage late arrivals of individual members or provide discounts for them.

How Does The Booking Process Work?

Booking process

The booking process consists of the following steps. These steps can be completed within a day (depending on how fast you respond).

Start Booking To initiate the booking process, simply click the 'start booking' button. You can find this button either on the general listing page under the accommodation or directly on the listing page of the specific accommodation. You will open the take-in form in a new tab.
Take-in Form You can fill in the form through your web browser. By filling in this form, neither you nor Internationals In The Netherlands is committing to any legal agreement. This form is only for preliminary reasons. At the end of the Take-In form, you will be requested to make a one-time-payment. If booking as a group, ensure all members complete the form within 24 hours. Failure to do so may result in the contract being sent only to those who initiated the booking or not at all. For subsequent bookings, new forms may be required, and previous payments will not be refunded.
General Terms & Conditions Shortly after you have finished the Take-In form, we will start validating the provided documents. In the meantime, you will receive an email with important documents including the General Terms & Conditions, House rules, and other annexes to the tenancy agreement.
Draft Contract Once the provided documents and data have been checked, your tenancy agreement will be sent to you digitally, along with the request to read it carefully and if you agree with its contents, sign digitally.
Finalising Once the contract has been signed by you, the following steps have to be completed in order to finalise the contract:

The Deposit must be paid immediately. You will receive the deposit invoice from Vivet Associates.
Your guarantor will receive a guarantor form to complete. Once the necessary documents are provided, they will receive a Guarantor Agreement for signing;
Single User's Statement needs to be signed (only if applicable).

Signed Contract Once the above-stated steps have been completed, you will receive a signed copy of the tenancy agreement per email.
Rent Payment Upon completing the processing of your tenancy agreement in our system, you will promptly receive an invoice for the rent from the management party. As soon as we confirm the receipt of your rent payment in our bank account, we can proceed to schedule your check-in.

You hereby commit to sign or cancel the contract within 72 hours after you have received the contract. Kindly note the following;

Should the booking process be cancelled by us before the 72 hours have expired (e.g. accommodation no longer available), the €85,-- EUR one-time-payment will be refunded within 14 business days after the cancellation takes place.
Should the booking process be cancelled by you, no refund will take place and the one-time payment will be collected on behalf of the landlord as administrative costs.

*** If your group does not complete and submit the take-in form within 24 hours, no refund will be provided if the accommodation is rented out after this time period.***

Private Bedroom

Private bedrooms can be rented separately in shared living arrangements, providing individuals with their own personal space while sharing common areas, such as the kitchen, living room, and bathroom, with other tenants.

Semi-Studio

A semi-studio is a residential unit that offers a combination of shared and private spaces. It typically includes a private bedroom and bathroom, while the kitchen and/or toilet (and/or other living areas) may be shared with other residents. Semi-studios are a popular option for those seeking a balance between privacy and affordability. Semi-studios are often favored by students who value privacy but are open to sharing common areas with like-minded individuals. It allows for a more social living environment while still providing a private bedroom for relaxation and study.

Studio

A studio apartment is a self-contained living space that typically features a single room encompassing the bedroom, living area, and kitchenette. It often has a separate bathroom. Studio apartments are designed to maximize space and offer a compact, all-in-one solution for individuals or couples. Studio apartments are generally suitable for use by an individual or a couple. Due to their limited size and layout, accommodating more than two people can be challenging.

Apartment

An apartment refers to a self-contained residential unit within a larger building or complex. It usually consists of multiple rooms, including private bedrooms, living areas, a kitchen, and one or more bathrooms.Apartments offer various advantages such as access to shared amenities, and often provide a convenient location close to urban centers, schools, and workplaces. House
