Errors in details such as, but not limited to end-date, date of birth, document ID number, country of origin, email, or misspelled names cannot be manually edited on our side. In such cases, you will need to submit a new Take-In Form and pay the one-time fee again without a refund for the previous forms. Therefore, we strongly recommend thoroughly reviewing the Take-In Form before finalizing it to prevent unnecessary time and expenses.

If the error concerns the telephone number, we can adjust it for a service fee of 25 EUR.

We Want To Book An Apartment As A Group. What If We All Have A Different Arrival Date?

When booking an apartment as a group, you will receive one rental agreement. The contract's start date and rent payment apply to the entire group.

The check-in will be conducted by the management party or the landlord with the entire group or at least one group member on behalf of the group. Once the check-in takes place, it is not possible to offer a rent reduction for any individual group member, as managing the presence of each member separately is not feasible.

Keys will be handed over during the check-in to the entire group or the designated group member. The management party or the landlord cannot manage late arrivals of individual members or provide discounts for them.

1. Eligibility:

Self-Employed Expats: Must provide proof of business registration, along with recent tax income proof and a preliminary income statement.

Age Requirement: All applicants must be at least 18 years old to legally sign contracts.

It cannot start on a later date because it is not in the landlord’s financial interest to leave the accommodation vacant. While we do not reserve or hold accommodations, you can request a discounted rent from the landlord until your actual move-in date. The landlord can be a student, a family or a couple. With these accommodations, the house rules may differ from the standard house rules. As you will be living with the landlord, they can request different rules such as: taking shoes off before entering the accommodation, no showering after midnight because it will disturb the landlord or its family, no loud music after a certain time and so on.
