To verify this, we require a copy of your bank card showing your name and IBAN clearly visible. This allows us to confirm that the name on the bank card matches the name associated with the provided bank account number.

If you prefer not to provide a copy of your bank card due to concerns about fraud or other reasons, we offer an alternative method. You can transfer a transaction of 0.01 euro cent to us from the specified bank account number. This allows us to verify the name associated with the bank account without needing to see your bank card.

Once an accommodation becomes unavailable, the status of it will be changed to Rented Out but the accommodation still remains visible on our website.

Why Is The Contract And Other Documents All In Dutch?

As per Dutch law, we are required to provide the tenancy agreement and T&C in Dutch. While an English version is optional, we do not offer this due to potential legal implications. Our company is considered a professional party under Dutch law, and any translation mistakes could be misleading. Since some terms and conditions do not translate easily, we have decided to provide the documents only in Dutch to avoid any confusion or errors.
