Yes, the minimum rental period is 1 week. We provide short stay accommodations for a minimum period of at least one week. In that case, the advertised monthly rate will be calculated pro rate to the period you would like to stay but it might be subject to an additional fee because of the short stay.

Why Is The Contract And Other Documents All In Dutch?

As per Dutch law, we are required to provide the tenancy agreement and T&C in Dutch. While an English version is optional, we do not offer this due to potential legal implications. Our company is considered a professional party under Dutch law, and any translation mistakes could be misleading. Since some terms and conditions do not translate easily, we have decided to provide the documents only in Dutch to avoid any confusion or errors.

We understand that not everything might be clear or easy to understand for non-Dutch speaking individuals. To assist you, we suggest the following options:

Use Google Translate to help with the translation.
Ask someone you know to help you understand the content.
Contact us directly via WhatsApp for assistance with translating specific unclear parts.

Yes, a check-in is legally required. The responsible party for the accommodation will conduct the check-in, show you the accommodation, and explain everything you need to know. This is also an opportunity to register the condition of the accommodation before you move in. They will take notes on whether everything is present, functional, and if there are any issues. If any problems are found, they will try to resolve them immediately or as soon as possible.

You will also receive the keys during the check-in. Please note that entering the accommodation before the check-in inspection is not allowed.

Support Services: Assistance with registering, deregistering, applying for insurance, phone plans, and finding a local GP. We also provide guidance on settling in, such as local recommendations for dining and daily essentials.
Additional Essentials: Bedding, kitchen, cleaning, and laundry essentials are available upon request.

While most services are included, some additional requests, such as having your fridge stocked upon arrival, may incur extra fees.

This can result in unnecessary expenses, especially since only one accommodation can be secured in the end. While some may choose to apply for several options, it's important to note that once the booking process begins, cancellations do not result in refunds.

The earliest possible check-in date is the starting date of your contract. Check-ins are always scheduled on the contract start date to ensure a fair and smooth process. If you need to arrange a later check-in, this may be possible, but it is subject to availability. Please notify us in advance via email before your scheduled check-in.

Please note that we do not handle the check-in process ourselves. Check-ins are managed by the management company or the landlord, depending on the accommodation you are leasing. Once your tenancy contract is finalized, you can obtain further details directly from the responsible party.

What Is Included In The Rate?

The prices mentioned on our website are all including service costs (like furniture) and flat rate - unless indicated otherwise - based on a stay of one year. The price consists of the flat rate, furniture and service costs.

It is forbidden to rent out with a fixed all-in rental price. It is not allowed by law for agencies and landlords to make a profit on utility costs, as we try to be as transparent as possible, we have separated these costs. You can find more info regarding this here.
