Please note: We do not conduct viewings while properties are occupied. Viewings are scheduled only when the properties are vacant.

How can I view the properties?

There are several ways you can explore our properties, each designed to help you make an informed decision:

• Watch a Video Tour: These are available on our website and provide a convenient and detailed overview of the property from any location.
• Join a Scheduled Group Viewing: Group viewings are sometimes organised when a property becomes vacant and multiple applicants are interested. These viewings are free of charge and can be attended without a commitment fee.
• Request a Personal Viewing: This option offers a more personalised look at the property, available either in person or digitally.

Viewing Commitment Fee (€10)

This fee confirms your viewing appointment.

• If you proceed with the accommodation, you will receive a full refund of €10.
• If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance or decide not to proceed, €5 will be refunded and the other €5 will cover transfer and administrative costs.
• If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or do not attend your viewing, the fee is non-refundable.

Please note: if your booking process has already started and you have filled in the Tenant Intake Form, no payment of this fee is required. In that case, kindly inform our support team via WhatsApp.

The commitment fee is required to ensure that viewing requests are taken seriously. Organizing a viewing involves allocating time, coordinating with landlords, and assigning staff to be present. Without this fee, it is common for people to request multiple viewings or fail to attend, which results in wasted time and resources. The fee confirms that only those who are genuinely interested will proceed, allowing us to give proper attention and support to every tenant.

Important Notes About Viewings

• Address details: The full address is shared 1 day before the viewing, by 17:00 (5 PM, Amsterdam time).
• Subject to availability: Viewings are always subject to the property still being available. If the accommodation has already been booked or if there are too many applicants, the viewing may be cancelled. In such cases, the commitment fee (if applicable) will be refunded.

Cancellation Policy

• Full Refund: Cancellations at least 24 hours before the scheduled viewing, minus €5 transaction fee.
• Partial Refund: Cancellations at least 3 hours before the scheduled viewing, refund of €25.
• No Refund: Cancellations less than 3 hours before the viewing or no-shows without follow-up.
• Decision Notification: Inform us within 24 hours after the viewing whether you wish to proceed, to qualify for the refund.

How to Request a Viewing

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Address or name of the property you’re interested in
• Preferred dates and times for the viewing

You will then receive a link to pay the commitment fee (for personal viewings only).
