Yes, a proof of payment is sufficient, but only if the payment has been received before the check-in.
We do not handle the check-in process directly. Depending on the accommodation you are leasing, the management party or landlord is responsible for scheduling the check-in. If the payment is not reflected in the bank account at the time of your check-in, the check-in will not be able to proceed, and a no-show fee may be charged.
To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend ensuring payment is confirmed before the check-in is scheduled by the management party or landlord. This will prevent you from being left in front of closed doors after traveling.
The decision to proceed with the check-in is in the hands of the responsible party, and we strongly advise notifying us, Internationals In The Netherlands once your payment has been made.
