We understand that finding housing can feel overwhelming, and that you may prefer to visit our office in person. However, our process is designed to ensure efficiency and fairness for all applicants.
Because we represent landlords, there are no agency fees for (prospective) tenants. To keep the process clear and manageable for everyone, we don’t handle walk-in visits for housing searches. If we did, we simply wouldn’t have the capacity to properly support all students looking for accommodation — and our team would not be able to do its work effectively.
