Application Form – Welcome to NL Accommodation

This is your opportunity to apply for an accommodation under the "Welcome to NL" offer in collaboration with Student Housing Hunter (SHH). For more details about the "Welcome to NL" package offered by Student Housing Hunter, please visit their website here.

During this form, you will be asked to submit personal details and upload the required application documents.

Providing incorrect information (e.g. phone number, e-mail address, ID-number, end-date, nationality etc.) may lead to rejection without refund.

Important notes:

Eligibility:

  • The "Welcome to NL" accommodation offer is strictly reserved for international students who are relocating to the Netherlands for the first time. Applicants must provide the following:

    • A foreign (non-Dutch) residential address
    • An official university admission letter for a programme in the Netherlands

At check-in, proof of enrolment at a (Dutch) educational institution is required.

⚠️ If you currently reside in the Netherlands or submit a Dutch address, your application will be rejected and no refund will take place, as you do not qualify for this offer. We kindly advise you to explore our other available accommodations instead.

  • Application Fee: Applicants are required to pay a one-time, non-refundable contract fee of €85. This fee is collected on behalf of the landlord by Internationals in the Netherlands (IITN), who facilitates the booking on their behalf.

    • This fee is used to cover administrative and handling costs related to the accommodation offer.

    • This fee is only refundable if the accommodation becomes unavailable before your booking is finalised. In such instances, the contract fee will be refunded in full. Read more about the booking proces here.

  • Advertised Price: The advertised monthly price includes:

    • The base rent
    • The Student Housing Hunter service support fee (for assistance throughout the process)

It does not include other possible costs, such as:
