This is your opportunity to apply for an accommodation under the “Welcome to NL” offer in collaboration with Student Housing Hunter (SHH). Student Housing Hunter supports both students and young professionals in finding accommodation in the Netherlands. Providing incorrect information (for example phone number, e-mail address, ID number, end date, nationality) may lead to rejection without refund.

Important notes

Eligibility

The “Welcome to NL” accommodation offer is strictly reserved for internationals who are relocating to the Netherlands for the first time. Applicants must provide the following:

  • A foreign (non-Dutch) residential address
  • An official employment contract or internship agreement in the Netherlands (valid for a period not exceeding 12 months
  • At check-in, proof of employment or internship must be presented

⚠️ If you currently reside in the Netherlands or submit a Dutch address, your application will be rejected and no refund will take place, as you do not qualify for this offer. Please explore other available accommodations instead.

Application Fee

Applicants are required to pay a one-time, non-refundable contract fee of €85. This fee is collected on behalf of the housing provider by Internationals In The Netherlands (IITN), who facilitates the booking on their behalf. • This fee covers administrative and handling costs related to the accommodation offer. • The fee is only refundable if the accommodation becomes unavailable before your booking is finalised. The advertised monthly price includes: • The base rent • The Student Housing Hunter service support fee (for assistance throughout the process)

It does not include other possible costs, such as: • Utilities • Internet • Furnishing
