This is your opportunity to apply for an available accommodation offered via Internationals in the Netherlands (IITN). During this application, you will be asked to provide personal information and upload the required documents.

Important Notes

Eligibility:

  • All accommodations are exclusively intended for international students (non-Dutch passport holders).
  • At check-in, you will be required to present valid proof of enrolment at a Dutch educational institution.
  • Your current residential address must be located outside the municipality where the accommodation is located.

📌 For example: if the accommodation is in The Hague, you cannot currently live in The Hague. However, if your address is in Rijswijk or abroad, you are eligible to apply.

Providing incorrect information (e.g. nationality, enrolment status) may lead to rejection without refund.

Application Fee:

  • A non-refundable contract fee of €85 is required to process your booking.
  • This fee is collected on behalf of the landlord by Internationals in the Netherlands (IITN), and covers administrative and handling costs associated with the booking process.

This fee is only refundable if the accommodation becomes unavailable before your booking is finalised. In that case, the fee will be refunded in full.

Advertised Price:

The price displayed on the listing reflects the monthly flat rate only. It does not include additional monthly or one-time costs such as:

  • Utilities
  • Internet
  • Furnishing
  • Cleaning and laundry fees (if applicable)

Applying as a Group?

If you are applying together with roommates for a shared accommodation, each person must individually complete and submit this form. Please ensure all co-tenants submit their applications to avoid delays.
